Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a plan package has been delivered to your email, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

We strongly encourage reviewing your selected plan carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific plan — dimensions, included drawings, compatibility with your build method, or anything else — please reach out before you buy. We're happy to help.

Before You Buy

• Start with the Planning Study Set ($99) to review the layout, room sizes, and elevations before committing to the full Construction Set.
• Schedule a Free Design Consultation if you have questions about engineering, customization, or whether a plan is right for your land.
• Your $99 Study Set purchase includes a credit voucher toward the full Construction Set.

Wrong Plan or File Issue?
