All Barnhaus floor plans are digital products. There is nothing to ship. Once your order is confirmed, your plan package is delivered directly to the email address on your order — typically within minutes.

Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within 15 minutes. If you still haven't received your files after 30 minutes, contact us at larry@barnhaussteelbuilders.com and we'll get it sorted immediately.

What You'll Receive

• Planning Study Set: PDF file delivered via email link. Includes dimensioned floor plans, elevation views, and 3D dollhouse visualization sheets.
• Complete Construction Set: Full PDF blueprint package delivered via email link. Includes all architectural drawings, plans, and schedules as described in your product listing.

File Format

All plans are delivered as high-resolution PDF files, compatible with any device, tablet, phone, or computer. No special software required.
