OPTION 2: THE COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION SET ($2,200) Best for: Builders ready to break ground, pull permits, and hire trades.

The Generation is designed as a universal architectural system. The included foundation plan provides a structural grid layout that can be easily adapted by your local engineer for:
- Red Iron Steel: Grid lines correspond to standard column spacing.
- Light Gauge Steel (LGS): Exterior walls are designed for 2x6 / 6" stud packs.
- Post-Frame or Stick Build: Easily convertible for traditional wood framing methods.
